1. Execute, deliver and monitor actual performance against annual operating plans (AOP), including service, quality, accuracy levels and budget, taking into account both short and long-term flexibility in cost base to ensure competitiveness of the local supply chain function.
2. Ensures the execution of local logistic services (where necessary and required only) and customer service to ensure customer demand is fulfilled within budget, adhering to both global and regional guidelines.
3. Take lead role and guide the local IBP / demand planning process. Executes cycles monthly in ensuring complete business integration between MSU and MU. Supply Chain Manager is also required to executes local demand planning, tracking and monitoring demand fluctuation and accuracy to constantly reduces demand bias and increased demand accuracy. Supply Chain Manager also coordinates local co-packing activities.
4. Creates and aligns local annual operational plan (AOP) for logistics based on central Supply Chain targets in terms of costs, activity scope, projects, priorities and agreed service levels (where necessary and required only).
5. Supply Chain Manager continues to build strong, deep working relationship and foster teamwork cross-functionally from MSU to MU to ensures a governance framework for monitoring, control and reporting on all of the above.
6. Exhibits a strong focus on people development within own area and consistently improve capabilities and engagement in the direct and indirect team.
7. Supply Chain Manager additional responsibilities for local inventory management and local logistics management in ensuring alignment and fulfillment to annual operational plan (AOP) and target.
