Job Description

1.根据公司战略发展规划,负责开拓和管理全国各经销商及销售渠道
2.带领销售团队完成公司制定的业绩目标,使公司产品快速进入全国各销售渠道
3.落实执行各渠道日常活动,包括促销,陈列等等,且结合公司其他部门线上资源与各渠道开展全方位合作
4.及时反馈市场信息,对于产品开发及渠道拓展给与建设性建议
5. 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

The Successful Applicant

1. 本科及以上学历
2. 具备7年以上快消品行业全国销售经验,需要华南地区的经销商及销售渠道特别熟悉
3. 具备新产品市场开拓的实践经验,有独立拓展新渠道的能力
4. 具备良好的商务谈判和表达能力,团队合作能力,逻辑思维能力强,对数据敏感
5. 具备良好的职业操守,抗压性强,工作认真负责、有担当。
