Job Description

1. Arrange the establishment and implementation of institutions of company laws.
安排公司法律制度的建立和实施。
2. Provide professional legal support for all departments. Manage text layout, cerify
techniques and business service contracts; Participate in major business contract negotiation.
为各部门提供专业的法律支持。管理文字排版,技术认证和商务服务合同
参与主要商务合同的谈判。
3. Participate in major economic activities including product sales, EPC Project, investment,
financing, assets transfer and management service; Provide legal support to protect legitimate
rights and interests of the company.
参与产品销售、EPC 项目、投融资、资产转让、管理服务等重大经济活动 为维护公司合法权益提供法律支持。
4. Provide legal judgement to national business; implement projects with professional law aid;
Provide legal consultation and support for development plans and major business decisions.
为国家企业提供法律判断实施专业法律援助项目 为公司发展规划和重大业务决策提供法律咨询和支持。
5. Manage lawsuits or nonliti gation legal affairs on behalf of the company so as to protect
the legitimate rights and interest of the company.
代表公司管理诉讼或非诉讼法律事务,维护公司的合法权益。
6. In charge of contacting with legal service administrator of the Group, law service personnel
in subsidiaries an d with external law firms.
负责与集团法律服务主管、子公司法律服务人员及外部律师事务所的联系。
