保存工作 返回搜索结果 职责描述 职位概要 类似职位 Competitive Salary Open work environment 关于我们的客户 Our client was established in 1954,and currently they have 60+ retail stores and create innovative learning materials for teachers, parents and children. 职责描述 1.Develop and implement End to End Strategies for vendor diversification and deliver sustainable value from strategic sourcing initiatives.2.Collaborate with Global Sourcing Leadership Team on onboarding new vendors., as well as assessing current vendor capabilities/capacity to mitigate future interruptions and price increases.3.Work with global cross functional product teams to provide favorable pricing, quality, delivery, and relationship management (vendor) to meet company goals and objectives.4.Build a regional team to support global sourcing initiatives. 5.Effectively connect with strategic suppliers and partners to create value driven relationships.6.Establish, maintain, and own the inventory strategy for raw material and finished goods including exiting products, new products, and product phase-outs.7.Plan and implement an overall supply chain strategy which supports the Companies 3-5 year growth goals 8.Monitors the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements, identify and qualify new suppliers. 理想的求职者 1.A minimum 8+ years of experience in Global Sourcing, specifically in mainland China surrounding Asia region. APEC and other business visas are preferred but not necessary. 2.Extensive sourcing with industry knowledge in wooden furniture, paper, soft sewn, and plastic.3.Proven success building global cross functional teams4.Excellent leadership and communication skills, strategic and critical thinking abilities, cultural sensitivity, and the capacity to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and geographies. 5.Bilingual in Chinese & English, with a strong command of English, both written and verbal. A command of spoken Vietnamese is also preferred but not necessary.6.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with new and existing vendors partners.7.Adept in contract formation and negotiation techniques across Asia supply chain.8.Awareness of and planning for proactive mitigation around strategic and global procurement challenges.9.Great organizational skills including ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.10.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 薪酬待遇 In this role, the Director of Sourcing, Asia will lead the effort to enhance our current supply chain, while also building a diversification/mitigation strategy to qualify and onboard new vendors. You will manage all Asia sourcing responsibilities while working in a global team, partnering with our VP General Manager of Asia and our Global Sourcing Leadership team in Carson, California.
