Develop and manage the short and long-term strategic financial objectives of the Company to manage growth and maximize returns.2. Evaluate and advise on the impact of new programs, strategies and/or regulatory changes to business goals, objectives, and initiatives.3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives to identify business needs, seek full range of solutions, and advise on the financial implications of business activities and initiatives.4. Maintain effective internal controls and supervise cash management and treasury activities.5. Lead the accounting and finance departments, ensuring accuracy, controls and credibility of financial operations, cash flow and reports.6. Establish budgets and forecasts and provide analysis and recommendations.7. Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory laws, rules for financial, and tax reporting.8. Establish and cultivate working relationships with outside accountants, banks and other vendors.9. Monitor and manage investments and use of funds, debt leverage and investments to minimize costs and maximize return on investment.10. Lead mergers and acquisitions, in conjunction with operations, legal and governmental affairs teams.11. Evaluate and improve systems and processes for efficient management of the finance and accounting department.12. Manage capital investments, operations and administrative costs to maximize profitability. 理想的求职者 1. Master's degree in Accounting or Finance discipline, CPA or ACCA is preferred. 2. 15+ years of progressive experience in Finance roles. Preferably with publicly held companies or a combination of experience in the capital markets/corporate finance coupled with senior level experience. 3. A proven, successful track record in developing and managing highly credible relationships with investors and analysts is critical, Possess the skills to communicate the company's story to investors.4. 5+ years in current/recent Financial leadership role in a company(s) of 500+ employees and a sizeable annual revenue.5. Experience managing at all levels of an organization and across interstate locations.6. Impeccable integrity, dependability, and a strong sense of urgency and results focus.7. Strong interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written).8. Ability to build successful teams and lead in a positive, productive manner.9.
