职责描述

Responsible for pioneering the cosmetics industry glass coatings market, developing and implementing innovative sales strategies to penetrate and expand market share within the cosmetics industry.
Identify and engage with potential clients, including glass manufacturers and cosmetic brands.
Maintain and strengthen business relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Gain in-depth understanding of market trends and customer needs to provide market insights for product development.

理想的求职者

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Have at least 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the cosmetics or related industry, with a preference for candidates with market development experience.
Have the ability to establish an extensive network within the glass manufacturing and cosmetics industries.
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and with a strong team spirit.
Strong market analysis skills to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
