My client is the world's #1 Pay TV programmer delivering an average of 6-8 TV brands in >220 countries and territories.
- Partner with the Head of Products, the Creative Director, the content leaders and the Head of Consumer Insights leadership to articulate a clear brand experience for the key products
- Build strong audience and fan communities around product eco-system products.
- Create and manage current and new audience growth across existing channels and on platforms currently in development
- Ensure that audience franchise development goes hand in hand with business growth and monetisation goals. In that context, establish clear metrics and indicators for success that align all departments, including the sales teams.
- Oversee a clear roadmap of marketing, promotion, campaign and engagement activities that leads to community growth (reach, engagement). Select, manage and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver this.
- Manage a small internal team of specialists in the following areas: Classic marketing and product communications; Media buying and performance marketing; Social media community development; Media planning with a view to managing audience flow within the product portfolio (mainly on-air today); Create an active and industry leading eco-system of external partner.
- True passion for deploying the latest tools in data analytics, social listening, automated continuity, media planning, performance marketing, programmatic ad sales trading, multi-platform audience management.
- Partner effectively with strategic partners in the region.
- Partner effectively with the rest of Greater China, APAC and Discovery Communications International (DCI) to build a maker community of learning and sharing.
