职责描述

1、Drive the overall business growth on: market share, revenue, profitability and keep closely monitoring the cost of traffic and conversion. 推动业务(市场份额、利润率、销售额等)全面增长,并密切监测流量和转换成本。

2、Develop effective business review dashboards for both channels with agile data-driven feedback and forecast capabilities, which leads to the evelopment of successful business growth models. 为这两个渠道开发有效的业务回顾仪表盘,具有敏捷的数据驱动的反馈和预测能力,从而开发出成功的业务增长模式。

3、Develop a comprehensive data analysis model through tracing of the consumer journeyand point of interactions, to provide accurate analysis on market segmentation and customer portraits. 通过对消费者旅程和交互触点的追踪,开发一个全面的数据分析模型,以提供准确的市场细分和客户特征分析。

4、Develop a robust membership/loyalty program that ride on the growth of our social media campaigns and offline membership/fans club programs. 借助社交媒体活动和线下会员/粉丝俱乐部等项目的增长,建立可靠的会员奖赏计划。

5、Lead and drive the overall improvement of both Amazon and DTC channels on operation excellence improvements - improves brand awareness, product listing on Amazon and traffic/conversion growth of the DTC site. 领导和推动亚马逊和DTC渠道在运营上的整体改进--提高品牌知名度,产品的亚马逊在线排名,以及DTC网站的流量/转化率增长。

6、Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. 确保所有经营活动都符合法律法规、条例、政策和程序。

理想的求职者

1、Bachelor's degree in business administration or economics or a related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience. 企业管理和经济,或相关领域的学士学位或同等学历和经验的组合。2、Minimum of five years of experience managing Amazon and/or DTC business preferred. 至少5年亚马逊运营管理或者独立站管理经验者优先考虑。3、Minimum of three years of management experience with demonstrated success inbuilding, leading and motivating effective teams preferred. 至少三年的管理经验,在建立、领导和激励有效团队方面有成功经验者优先考虑。4、Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage multiple projects successfully in a fast-pacedand dynamic environment. 在一个快节奏和动态的环境中,能够优先处理,多任务和成功管理多项任务/项目。5、 Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivery of quality/accurate work products.高度关注细节,致力于提供高质量/准确的工作产品。
