职责描述

工作内容：

1、在公司搭建的渠道平台下，推动和促进团险业务的开展；

2、负责维护与客户之间的合作关系，做好各项服务；

3、处理客户投诉，及时解决有关纠纷，维护好公司形象；

4、建立维护合作伙伴以及保险公司的合作关系，推进合作业务进程；

5、为公司决策及时提供数据支持及领导交办的其他事宜。

岗位要求：

1、较强的沟通，协调和解决问题的能力；

2、工作细致认真，责任心强，良好的人际沟通能力和团队协作精神；

3、具有良好的服务意识与管理能力；

4、熟练使用各类办公软件；

5、具有2-3年高端医疗续期相关管理工作经验、具有保险公司相关经验者优先考虑；

6、英语读写良好。
