l The position directly reports to the HQ HR head and 4 China general managers
l Overall responsibility for the planning and execution of all human resource, manufactory facilities/administration and management activities and oversee operation execution for 4 sites in Jiangsu, China
l Lead the HR functional team to translate business requirements into HR processes and system to achieve business results
l Closely work with site leadership team to provide the solutions to the business.
l Cooperate with the HQ HR team to extend the HQ HR practices to China.
l Ensure that HR services are value added, effective and consistent with both, global and region, business and strategic objectives.
l Minimum 10-15 years of work experience in HRM or related functions
l Minimum 5 years of management experience in the manufacture industry in China
l Strong communication skills and fluent in both Chinese and English
l Ability to think strategically as well as act operationally.
l Experience in managing key stakeholders and their expectations.
l Solid knowledge of legal framework for HR (eg. China labor law, work relations and employee relations)
