Responsible for developing OEM market in China and leading sales team in China.
Perform HW design projects while working in close consultation with the application team in each business unit.Expert in electronics engineering and develops, validates and launches new components of electronic, mechanical and electromechanical systems to support new sales opportunities.
Contributes to the revenue and profitability targets for the segment by defining and executing in the region the (sub) segment strategy (including elements such as Go To Market models, Innovation, winning value proposition, product offer, specification and approvals, and related communication tactics) and activating local sales teams providing guidance with proper training and sales pipeline management review.
The role is is designed to develop and manage offline sales business in Channel/District/Provinces to support sales growth acceleration. The scope will be managing several provinces including all channel business.
Reporting to the Managing Director of global business based in the HQ, this position will be managing the full operation of our client's China site.
