Developing and executing the paid media strategy for the Region
The GM will have the full p&l ownership and responsibility for brand measures such asmarketing planning & activation, social media platforms, new product introductioninitiatives, KOL and influencer strategy & recruitment, ecommerce platforms, externalcreative & content agencies, ecommerce and marketing investment & ROI. This role need to lead and manage whole marketing functions to develop and drive marketing strategy, compile and analyze client insights, market trends and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities, translate into fully integrated actions to elevating the experience of client decision journey, so as to build up luxury brand identity position and gain market share for the brand in prestige luxury skincare industry.
