As the international business enters a blue-ocean market segment, we are seeking an experienced HRBP Head to drive HR strategies that align with global ambitions while fostering cross-cultural synergy.

Job Description

  • Strategic HR Partnership:
    • Collaborate closely with European business executives to translate business objectives into actionable HR solutions, including sales team performance systems, cross-regional incentive programs, and high-potential talent pipeline development.
    • Lead organizational diagnostics for international operations, designing interventions to address cross-cultural challenges (e.g., time-zone collaboration, cultural conflicts).
  • Talent Management
    • Spearhead overseas recruitment strategies focused on identifying and attracting talents and cross-culturally adept managers.
    • Design leadership development programs tailored to diverse regions, enhancing expatriate BU's understanding of China-centric market strategies.
  • Bridge Oversea BU and China HQ
    • Adapt China HQ policies to international contexts, ensuring compliance with local regulations
    • Establish cross-regional HR collaboration frameworks to streamline decision-making and enhance transparency between China HQ and overseas units.
    • Develop cultural integration initiatives, such as China-Europe leadership exchanges and cultural sensitivity training, to bridge cognitive gaps between HQ and global teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience:
    • 10+years in multinational HRBP roles, preferably supporting sales teams or European markets.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Expertise in cross-cultural working environment, skillful in virtual team management.
    • In-depth knowledge of EU labor regulations and global compensation structures.
    • Ability to balance HQ mandates with regional autonomy in matrixed environments.
  • Language: Fluent in both Chinese and English (business proficiency).
  • Education: Master's degree in HR, International Relations, Psychology, or related fields preferred.
