职责描述
- Oversee all supply chain operations, including sourcing, purchasing, planning, logistics, customs etc
- Source new supplier and upgrade current supplier's performance
- Monitor and manage delivery time with suppliers to ensure on time delivery
- Implement and deliver relevant indicators to optimise the performance of the supply Chain
- Demand management including analysis of customer forecast and historic data and make adjustment
理想的求职者
- Bachelor or above degree in supply chain, trade, business administration or related field.
- At least 10 years' experience in sourcing / supply chain function and at least 3 years in director level's role
- Proven experience within international business environments
- Strong strategic thinking and implementation and team set up capability
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work while keeping outstanding attention to detail
- Analytical skills including data evaluation, identification, solution development and implementation
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a positive proactive attitude and a high degree of initiative
