Job Description

  1. Strategic Planning & Execution:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth strategies.
    • Oversee market research to identify consumer insights, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, informing strategic decisions.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to set annual and quarterly marketing goals, budgets, and KPIs.
  2. Brand Management:
    • Enhance and protect the company's brand identity, ensuring all marketing communications reflect the premium, luxury positioning of the cruise line.
    • Lead the creation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional media, social platforms, events, and partnerships.
    • Manage the brand's voice and tone, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  3. Digital Transformation:
    • Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation to attract and retain customers.
    • Leverage data analytics and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts and personalize customer experiences.
    • Stay ahead of emerging digital trends and technologies, incorporating them into marketing strategies as appropriate.
  4. Customer Engagement:
    • Develop and execute CRM strategies to foster long-term customer loyalty and repeat bookings.
    • Implement innovative loyalty programs, promotions, and experiential marketing activities that enhance customer engagement.
    • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with customer experience.
  5. Performance Measurement:
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing effectiveness, including but not limited to brand awareness, website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  6. Team Leadership:
    • Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    • Promote continuous learning and professional development within the team.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant marketing regulations and standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of leadership in SALES roles within the CONSUMER B2B and B2C business, familiar with distribution management, E-commerce, Retail business models.
  • Experience of managing a commercial team of 40+ people with proven track records of REVENUE growth.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, combined with hands-on experience in campaign development and execution. Expertise in digital marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecast outcomes, and drive measurable results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • A passion for the cruise industry, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead cross-functional teams.
  • A fluent English and mandarin speaker
