Job Description Global Digitalization Strategy: Define and implement the global roadmap for factory digitalization across all manufacturing sites.Smart Manufacturing Leadership: Drive adoption of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), IoT platforms, and advanced analytics to optimize production efficiency and quality.Project Deployment: Successfully launch digital transformation projects in China and replicate good practices across global factories.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global operations, IT, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of digital tools.Performance Optimization: Establish KPIs for digitalization initiatives, monitor ROI, and continuously improve processes.Innovation & Change Management: Promote Industry 4.0 technologies, foster a culture of digital innovation, and manage organizational change. The Successful Applicant Experience: Minimum 15+ years in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in digitalization leadership roles. Proven track record of successful smart factory or digital transformation projects, ideally in automotive or industrial sectors. Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of MES systems, IoT architecture, and data-driven manufacturing. Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies, automation, and predictive maintenance. Leadership Skills: Strong global mindset, capable of managing cross-cultural teams and influencing stakeholders across regions. Excellent change management and communication skills. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Language: Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a must. International Exposure: Overseas work experience or international study background is highly preferred, ensuring global perspective and adaptability.
