Job Description

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to effectively engage potential clients, including Internet companies, network operators, and state-owned data centres.
- Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Continually identify new business opportunities and expand the reach in the AI chip market.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and positioning products as a solution to their challenges.
- Collaborate with the executive team to set sales goals, defining and implementing plans to meet these targets.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, keeping the executive team informed about the sales pipeline and progress towards goals.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, advocating for our products and services.

The Successful Applicant

- Minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in HPC (CPU, GPU, AI chip, etc) sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the AI chip market and the specific needs of target customer segments.
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to connect with a variety of stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
