Compensation Data Analysis and Statistics: Collect and organise compensation-related data, using professional data analysis methods to conduct in-depth analysis on the company's compensation structure, compensation levels, and competitiveness, forming compensation analysis reports to provide data support for the formulation and adjustment of the company's compensation policies. Labor Cost and Expense Analysis: Regularly complete analysis reports on labor costs and expenses, assessing the rationality of the company's labor costs, analysing the relationship between labor costs and business development, providing references for the company's cost control and budget management. Employee Database Maintenance: Update and maintain the employee database in a timely manner, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of employee personal information, compensation information, and benefits information, providing fundamental data support for the company's HR management. Benefits System Management: Responsible for the daily management of the company's benefits system, including the implementation of benefits policies, management of benefit projects, and budgeting and control of benefit costs, ensuring the standardised operation of the benefits system and the timely distribution of employee benefits. Compensation and Benefits Consulting Services: Provide professional compensation and benefits consulting services to various departments, answering employee inquiries about compensation and benefits, helping employees understand the company's compensation and benefits policies, and enhancing employee satisfaction and recognition of compensation and benefits. 理想的求职者 Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to those with a background in Human Resource Management, Labor Economics, Finance, or related fields. 1-3 years of experience in compensation and benefits, familiar with compensation management, benefits management, and HR data analysis knowledge and processes. Possess good data analysis skills, able to proficiently use office software such as Excel for data processing and analysis, and master basic data analysis methods and tools. Have strong communication and coordination abilities, able to establish good cooperative relationships with various departments and employees, providing professional consulting services. Experience with HR information systems is preferred, with the ability to operate and maintain employee databases proficiently.
