Identify and assess training needs across the organization, considering business requirements, employee performance, and career paths. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver targeted training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. Program Design & Delivery: Design and develop innovative Talent and performance programs, including online and offline courses, workshops, and seminars. Performance Evaluation & Improvement: Establish metrics and tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of talent development programs. Conduct regular evaluations to assess the impact of training on employee performance and business outcomes. Use evaluation results to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for future training programs. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with department heads, line managers, and employees to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Provide consultation and advice on talent development matters, addressing specific challenges and opportunities. Communicate the value and benefits of talent development programs to stakeholders and employees. Team Leadership & Development: Lead and manage a team of talent development professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning. Identify and develop talent within the team, providing opportunities for growth and advancement. 理想的求职者 Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of five years of experience in talent development or a related field, including supervisory experience. Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and any relevant talent management software. Preferred Qualifications: Bachlor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Experience in the industry or a related field. Certification in talent development or a related area. Familiarity with modern training techniques and methodologies.
