职责描述

TikTok Strategy Development:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok sales strategy to increase brand awareness and drive sales for mother and baby products.
* Identify and leverage trending content, hashtags, and popular TikTok challenges to create viral marketing campaigns.
* Analyze TikTok analytics and user behavior to optimize campaigns and improve engagement and conversion rates.

Content Creation & Campaign Management:
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling TikTok videos and ad campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
* Manage day-to-day content posting, ensuring a consistent voice and branding across all TikTok content.
* Monitor content performance and adjust strategies based on engagement and sales metrics. Sales and Lead Generation:
* Drive direct sales through TikTok by creating engaging content that includes product promotions, influencer partnerships, and calls-to-action.

*Demonstrated ability to create engaging, viral content on TikTok.

*Creativity, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for staying ahead of trends.
*Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or similar, is a plus.
