Job Description

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize inventory management, procurement, and logistics

- Oversee the sourcing and procurement of materials and products, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency

- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations

- Monitor and track supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions

- manage and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to resolve customer issues and inquiries

- Develop and maintain customer service standards and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and preferences, and implement strategies to exceed customer expectations

- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement

- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on supply chain and customer service performance

The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field

- Proven experience in supply chain management and customer service, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role

- Strong manageership and decision-making skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Proficiency in supply chain management software and customer service platforms

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

- Understanding of industry practices and trends in supply chain and customer service

- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in supply chain and customer service operations
