It is committed to meeting the nutritional needs of infants through rigorous quality control and innovative product development. 职责描述 Daily Operations Management Coordinate with sales and planning teams to ensure timely and accurate factory deliveries, meeting demand (DIFOT). Plan and implement the supply of raw materials and packaging based on production demand forecasts. Collaborate with the Quality Department to monitor daily production batches and ensure final product quality. Work with the finance department to control product costs, payment terms, and inventory levels to mitigate foreign exchange risks. Partner with production facilities to enhance production efficiency, supply flexibility, and product freshness. Supply Chain Capability and Efficiency Evaluate third-party suppliers and OEM partners (as required), including production process analysis, capacity assessment, R&D and quality level analysis, cost and financial risk assessment, and potential for future collaboration. Optimise existing supply chain processes, including contract processing, product development and upgrade, manufacturing and quality management, and warehouse transportation and distribution. Develop relevant work norms and implementation standards to improve efficiency according to management processes (annually). Train, guide, and evaluate staff in internal and external factories (semi-annually). New Product Development (NPD) Projects Develop supply solutions for new projects (as required). Provide service support during the NPD process, including formulation, packaging development, quality programs, regulatory advice, contract negotiation, mold development, lab sample development, commercial trial production, and compliance testing. Implement and adjust the NPD plan to ensure no associated delays (as required). Sourcing Development Develop procurement plans for raw materials and packaging materials based on NPD requirements, including supplier selection, price negotiation, and contract negotiation and execution. Provide equipment upgrade support schemes for factories/production lines, including design to installation solutions and price and contract negotiation. Assist the NZ team with price and contract negotiations for raw materials, packaging, and equipment sourcing from China. 理想的求职者 Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering). Proven experience in operations management, supply chain optimisation, and new product development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management tools.
