Conduct regular supplier audits and assessments to evaluate supplier performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Monitor supplier performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001, and other relevant quality standards. Work closely with the procurement team to integrate quality requirements into supplier contracts and agreements. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions related to supplier quality. Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve supplier quality processes and systems. Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance supplier performance and reduce defects. Facilitate training and development programs for suppliers to enhance their quality management capabilities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments, including procurement, engineering, and production, to ensure seamless integration of quality requirements throughout the supply chain. Serve as a key point of contact for suppliers regarding quality-related matters and facilitate effective communication between suppliers and internal stakeholders. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate quality risks associated with supplier performance. Develop contingency plans to address potential supply chain disruptions and ensure business continuity. 理想的求职者 Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supplier quality management role, preferably in the construction, manufacturing, or related industries. Certifications: Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification is a plus. Skills: Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001). Proficiency in conducting supplier audits and assessments. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
