Supplier Quality Management:
- Develop and implement supplier quality strategies to ensure that all incoming materials and components meet company's quality requirements.
- Conduct regular supplier audits and assessments to evaluate supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001, and other relevant quality standards.
- Work closely with the procurement team to integrate quality requirements into supplier contracts and agreements.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions related to supplier quality.
Continuous Improvement:
- Lead initiatives to improve supplier quality processes and systems.
- Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance supplier performance and reduce defects.
- Facilitate training and development programs for suppliers to enhance their quality management capabilities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal departments, including procurement, engineering, and production, to ensure seamless integration of quality requirements throughout the supply chain.
- Serve as a key point of contact for suppliers regarding quality-related matters and facilitate effective communication between suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate quality risks associated with supplier performance.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential supply chain disruptions and ensure business continuity.

理想的求职者

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supplier quality management role, preferably in the construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
Certifications: Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Proficiency in conducting supplier audits and assessments.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
