Job Description

  • Develop go-to-market strategy and create action plan by bringing together a cross-functional, cross-portfolio team to execute and drive breakthrough growth in Healthcare vertical.
  • Develop ONE value propositions for entire portfolio in Healthcare vertical that resonate with customers and prospects.
  • In collaboration with key cross-divisional stakeholders, provides insights generated from market research, customer input, internal stakeholder feedback and other means to ensure differentiated solutions, innovated marketing projects are delivered to market.
  • Identify and manage KOLs and strategic collaborations and position company as the CORE player within the IVD market space to promote our clinical solutions and customer stories.
  • Analyze and report out market, competitive, workflow and clinical applications for Healthcare vertical. Provide deep understanding of market opportunity by size and growth by vertical segment.
  • Provide direction and support to all marketing functions as the product and market expert, such as content creation, digital marketing, demand generation, social media, and PR communications.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, life sciences, bio-medical engineering, or related technical discipline, advanced marketing degree or MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years' experience in IVD/ diagnostic industry.
  • 7+ years of technical or commercial experience in product development, application, sales, or market development.
  • Proven track record in the B2B multi-channel marketing campaigns, preferably in the IVD/ diagnostic Consulting space.
  • Product/solution launch experience, including go-to-market planning in a highly competitive medical device or IVD market.
  • A deep understanding of IVD/MD industry including regulations and product life cycle and technologies is a plus.
  • Good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate, interact, and work with individuals and groups
