Job Description Develop go-to-market strategy and create action plan by bringing together a cross-functional, cross-portfolio team to execute and drive breakthrough growth in Healthcare vertical. Develop ONE value propositions for entire portfolio in Healthcare vertical that resonate with customers and prospects. In collaboration with key cross-divisional stakeholders, provides insights generated from market research, customer input, internal stakeholder feedback and other means to ensure differentiated solutions, innovated marketing projects are delivered to market. Identify and manage KOLs and strategic collaborations and position company as the CORE player within the IVD market space to promote our clinical solutions and customer stories. Analyze and report out market, competitive, workflow and clinical applications for Healthcare vertical. Provide deep understanding of market opportunity by size and growth by vertical segment. Provide direction and support to all marketing functions as the product and market expert, such as content creation, digital marketing, demand generation, social media, and PR communications. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's Degree in business, life sciences, bio-medical engineering, or related technical discipline, advanced marketing degree or MBA preferred. 7+ years' experience in IVD/ diagnostic industry. 7+ years of technical or commercial experience in product development, application, sales, or market development. Proven track record in the B2B multi-channel marketing campaigns, preferably in the IVD/ diagnostic Consulting space. Product/solution launch experience, including go-to-market planning in a highly competitive medical device or IVD market. A deep understanding of IVD/MD industry including regulations and product life cycle and technologies is a plus.
