Develop and update safety policies and procedures based on regional laws and standards. Create and deliver training materials to store teams, enhancing safety awareness and compliance. Conduct regular safety audits, identify potential risks, and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with global asset protection teams to ensure consistent implementation of safety standards. Respond to safety incidents and provide expert guidance and solutions. 理想的求职者 A successful Safety Specialist should have: 本科及以上学历，安全管理或相关专业优先。 5年以上安全管理或人员安全相关经验，零售行业经验加分。 熟悉中国及各地区的安全法规（消防法、安全生产法等）。 具备培训开发和实施经验，能够将复杂法规转化为易懂的培训内容。 英语口语及书面表达良好，能够与全球团队沟通。 具备良好的沟通能力、解决问题能力及跨文化协作能力。 Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Safety Management or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in safety management or people safety; retail experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of local safety regulations (fire safety, occupational safety, etc.). Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs, simplifying complex regulations into practical content. Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with strong communication skills for global collaboration.
