  • Define company standard strategy based on the company goals and strategy
  • Build, maintain and drive connection and influences in standard workgroups
  • Ensure standardization activities well aligned and exposed with global stakeholders
  • Develop technical materials to support influencing standardization works with technology teams.



理想的求职者

  • Engineering related majors is must. Master degree is must, PHD is plus
  • Sold working experience in standardization is needed. Abroad experience is appreciated
  • Both oral and written English communication skill is a must
  • Self-motivated working attitude and result-oriented thinking mindset.
