Identify growth opportunity on products, channels, partners etc, and formular strategies for consistent business growing. *Manage and improve the working process in China *Provide high quality regional insights (competitor, customer, macro) from visits, networking, online research and market knowledge.*Support Head of China and team on robust China growth projects and play project management role in progress.Business Trading*Ensure China sales, margin, EBITA targets are achieved. *Leverage KPI's to trade the business, measure TP and distributor performance and commercial opportunity. *Identify and develop plans for in season stock management to mitigate risks, improve sales and stock turn.*Work with Operation and internal team to secure stable products supply, to increase products availability across all channels.Strategic Planning*Responsible for conducting in-depth research on the company's industry, analyzing market dynamics, competitive situation and future trends.*Participate in the formulation of long-term development strategy, including business sector strategy, market entry strategy, etc. *Effectively communicate China strategies to senior management and gain support*Responsible for the planning, organizing and implementation of major strategic projects to ensure that the projects are completed on time with high quality.*Conduct regular market research, collect competitor information, and analyze market opportunities and threats. Understand consumer demand to provide direction for the company's product and service innovationBrand and Product*Work on brand proposition adaptation and development in China market, develop brand and marketing communication strategy, calendar, campaigns, content to maximise brand awareness and impact in China market.*Develop China product portfolio strategy and work in partnership with NPD team to develop and follow China NPD full process to meet market needs and grow business. *Work in partnership with Commercial team and Int Dev Product team to optimise range, line management and pricing for China business. *Regular price and promo benchmarking to remain competitive.Business Operations*Working with the International Supply Chain, Global SC team and Buying team to manage ongoing supply and ensure accurate demand planning and supply of new innovative products.*Ensure all Partners operate to corporate principles to protect the integrity of the brand.*Working with International Finance, manage monthly expenditure and forecasting (ensuring timely internal approvals where relevant) on all brand activities.Relationship management*Build regular and trust building two-way communication, managing the weekly/monthly review process with B2B & B2C partners to drive performance working cross-functionally internally to deliver optimum outcome.*Support the Head of China on identifying further expansion opportunities, preparing documentation and input as required to support partner selection, model and commercial framework discussions.*Build strong collaborative relationships within the cpmpany; Commercial, Marketing, Partner Management, Operations, and Digital teams. 理想的求职者 Bachelor degree or above, major in economic management, marketing, statistics and other related fields is preferred. MBA, EMBA and other advanced management degree is preferred. 8 plus years' experience in managing commercial business with strong strategy and operation on sales, marketing and operations, particularly in China. Fluent Mandarin and English to business level Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills. Experience of delivering excellent multi-channel strategy and management with a strong focus on the customer. Developed commercial acumen & analytical capability. Able to operate effectively internal and external with partners, with strong stakeholder, project management, negotiation & networking skills. Dynamic personality to fit into a fast growing, entrepreneurial environment. Strong sense of responsibility and mission, able to work under high pressure. Ability to be a role model brand ambassador.
