Adjust brand positioning and development direction based on market trends and consumer needs. Channel Management: Take full responsibility for the planning, development, and optimization of both online and offline channels. Formulate channel strategies to expand sales channels and increase market share. Strengthen cooperation with distributors and retailers, optimize channel structure, and enhance channel efficiency and profitability. Drive innovation and development in online channels to improve user experience and sales performance on e-commerce platforms. Product Category Management: Lead product category planning, determine product line expansion and optimization based on brand positioning and market demand. Collaborate closely with the R&D team to ensure product innovation and competitiveness. Oversee the product development, production, and launch processes to ensure product quality and stable supply. Keep abreast of market dynamics and competitor products, and adjust product strategies in a timely manner. Target Audience Positioning and Marketing: Accurately position the target audience, gain in-depth understanding of consumer needs and preferences, and formulate targeted marketing strategies. Enhance brand awareness and reputation through brand promotion, advertising, and public relations activities. Utilize social media, digital marketing, and other channels to engage deeply with consumers and build brand loyalty. Team Building and Management: Lead and manage the brand team, including marketing, sales, product, channel, and other departments. Recruit, develop, and motivate talent to create a high-performing, collaborative team culture. Set team goals and performance indicators, monitor team execution, and ensure the achievement of team objectives. Financial and Budget Management: Develop the annual budget for the brand, monitor budget execution, and ensure the financial health of brand operations. Analyze financial data to support decision-making, optimize cost structure, and improve brand profitability. Partnership Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, retailers, advertisers, and other partners. Achieve resource sharing and complementary advantages through cooperation to jointly drive brand development. 理想的求职者 Core Competencies & Experience Industry Expertise: 10+ years in sports apparel, footwear, or lifestyle retail, with proven success in international luxury or mass-market brands (e.g., Nike, Adidas, PUMA, Lululemon). Deep understanding of China's fragmented retail ecosystem, including multi-channel strategies (DTC, e-commerce, pop-up stores) and regional nuances (e.g., tier-1 vs. tier-2 cities). Track record in product innovation, such as integrating wearable tech (e.g., smart shoes) or sustainable materials (e.g., recycled polyester). Strategic Vision: Ability to align global brand strategy with local market demands. Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, leveraging tools like AI for demand forecasting or CRM analytics to personalize customer experiences. Operational Excellence: Experience in supply chain optimization, including managing complex logistics for cross-border e-commerce (e.g., Tmall Global) and mitigating risks like tariffs or raw material shortages.
