Job Description 1.Identify and evaluate potential distributors, establish partnerships, and negotiate/sign distribution agreements.2.Regularly assess distributor performance, provide training and support to ensure their sales capabilities and service quality meet company standards.3.Manage distributor inventory, coordinate logistics and supply chain to ensure smooth product delivery.4.Resolve issues and conflicts in distributor relationships to maintain strong partnerships.5.Monitor sales targets (e.g., revenue, market share, new customer acquisition) and develop detailed sales action plans to achieve annual/quarterly/monthly goals.6.Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.7.Collaborate with the marketing team to execute brand promotion initiatives and enhance brand awareness in market. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-8 years of experience in market expansion for self-owned brands in Southeast Asia; team management experience is a plus. Familiarity with the Middle Eastern market's business environment, legal regulations, and cultural practices. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships. Excellent market analysis and strategic thinking abilities to independently develop and execute sales strategies. Willingness to travel internationally. Proficiency in CRM systems, office software, and data analysis tools. Fluent in English; proficiency in local languages is a strong advantage.
