Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with the company's overall procurement goals. Monitor market trends and supplier performance to make informed decisions and adjustments to our sourcing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, logistics, and sales, to ensure the seamless integration of sourcing activities. Manage supplier risk and compliance, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Provide regular reporting on sourcing activities, including cost savings, supplier performance, and market insights. 理想的求职者 Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, with a proven track record of managing suppliers and developing overseas supply chains. Fluent in English, both written and spoken, as you will be liaising with international suppliers and colleagues. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment. High degree of flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions and business needs. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
