Job Description Develop and execute sourcing strategies for a wide range of products including food ingredients, supplements, chemical raw materials, and personal care products. Support regional or global sourcing activities, ensuring cost savings, improved supplier performance, and accurate maintenance of supply agreements. Manage the entire sourcing process, from tendering, analysis, selection, and negotiation with suppliers to onboarding and long-term relationship management. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the supply market, identifying cost benefits and potential threats/opportunities. Develop and maintain accurate records of supply agreements, commercial terms, pricing information, and supplier details. Manage procurement projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic aims, timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for procurement activities, facilitating effective communication between internal teams and external entities. Provide comprehensive project updates, including risks and milestones, to senior management and other stakeholders. The Successful Applicant Minimum of 7 years of sourcing and procurement experience in multinational companies, preferably within the food & nutrition, ingredients, supplements, chemicals, or personal care industries. Proven experience in handling regional or global sourcing responsibilities. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Creative and unconventional thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. Outstanding communication and influencing skills, coupled with a positive and resourceful attitude. Resilient, tenacious, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers. Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
