Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of sourcing processes and supply chain management. Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills. Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Experience in buying or sourcing office is highly desirable.
