职责描述

  • Advising and looking after key (referring to higher sales) international customers taking into account various business
    opportunities (PV plant, Storage application) in close partnership with the relevant specialist departments.
  • Implementing sales strategies at key account level.
  • Manage the commercial process including budget planning, forecast maintaining, order intake, contract negotiation. Etc.
  • Offer pre-sales technical advice/support and aftersales service-related coordination.
  • Working closely with other specialist departments (e.g. BU/order processing/Project management/Global Technical
    Consulting) to respond to customer's technical & commercial queries.
  • Working closely with cross region sales/TS/service team to support KEY accounts multi-region enquiries.
  • Based on company resource and market enquiries come out an strategic business plan
  • Attending trade shows, trade partner conferences, congresses and forums
  • Conducting regular meetings with key customers
  • Organizing and launching sales campaigns (e.g. in-house trade shows, training seminars, technical advice sessions)

理想的求职者

  • University degree in a related field (preferably technical background); or comparable knowledge and experience in PV, transformer, storage integration or implementation.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills.
  • The ability to quickly grasp new ideas and methods
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player, resilient, patient and with a high level of initiative
  • Willingness to travel (domestically and internationally)
  • Strong sales and customer focus, good people skills and very good self-management skills
