The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Food Science, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields. At least 5 years of procurement experience in the food industry, with a minimum of 3 years focused on ready-to-cook products. In-depth knowledge of the entire process of ready-to-cook products, from raw material procurement to processing, packaging, and transportation. Proficient in procurement processes and strategies, with excellent negotiation skills and cost control abilities. Fluent in English for effective business communication with international suppliers. Strong team management skills to motivate team members to achieve goals. Solid market insight and data analysis capabilities to make accurate procurement decisions based on market trends and sales data. Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality standards to ensure compliance of procured products.
