职责描述

Responsible for maintaining & developing customers across engineering machinery/ metallurgy/ machine tool/ petroleum and petrochemical industry mainly in North China area.

Key performance indicators include

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets for the year, develop new customers
  • Assist line manager to achieve the team's sales target



理想的求职者

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in selling technical products, preferable in hydraulic, mechanical, transmission, Machine tools, etc;
  • Strong business development (BD) sales skills and learning abilities, as well as a proactive, pragmatic, and problem-solving work attitude.
  • A college degree or higher is required, with a preference for a technical background (extensive product training will be provided upon joining, and the ability to read drawings is necessary).
  • Good stability and a long-term career plan are essential.
  • The candidate must be willing to travel frequently to visit clients.
  • Direct sales experience is required.



薪酬待遇

13 months guaranteed and 20% target bonus.
