Job Description

  • Being as a problem solver and handle feedback, requests and complaints from customer in person


  • Answering enquiries from customers from the chatbot function


  • Handle complaints or special requests from vendors


  • Provide administrative support reports and correspondences


  • Assist in the UAT on development of customer Portal and customer service project

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience in call centre and strong knowledge in medical and life products
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with positive mindset with good interpersonal skills
