Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with key clients through regular communication, including face to face meetings, phone calls, and video conferences. Understand client's business operations, goals, and challenges, and translate them into actionable operational plans to support their success. Proactively address client concerns and issues related to operations, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution. Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement operational strategies tailored to the specific needs of key accounts. Coordinate cross functional teams, including production, supply chain, and quality control, to ensure on time delivery of products or services that meet or exceed client expectations. Monitor and manage the operational performance of key accounts, tracking key metrics such as order fulfilment rates, delivery times, and product quality. Coordinate with the operation team to manage client expectations regarding service levels, and ensure that service agreements are met.
