The Successful Applicant A successful Senior FP&A Manager should have: Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis within the industrial or manufacturing industry. Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with stakeholders. Ability to manage and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
