Monitor and assess compliance risks within the organisation. Provide guidance and training to teams on compliance and risk management practices. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to internal and external regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance-related concerns. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards in FMCG/Healthcare.Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management. Act as the main point of contact for regulatory authorities and ensure timely reporting. 理想的求职者 A successful Senior Compliance Manager should have: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Legal or a related field. Proven experience and knowledge in pharmaceutical/healthcare companies. At least 8 years of relevant professional experience. High standards of ethics, trustworthy, with a demonstrated ability to operate with absolute discretion and confidentiality. Solid knowledge of risk assessment, control activities, process management, monitoring activities, and investigations related to anti-bribery/corruption, anti trust, data privacy, healthcare regulations, and other compliance areas. Excellent knowledge and understanding of RDPAC guidelines, FCPA, UK Bribery Act, Chinese applicable anti-corruption/anti-bribery laws, etc. A strong network within the RDPAC compliance community is highly desirable. Deep understanding of marketing and sales practices within the consumer healthcare industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative attitude and the ability to influence stakeholders. Good command of oral and written English.
