Familiar with stage gate methodology preferred Strong analytical skills to extract meaningful insights for brand value proposition and innovation Effective collaboration with S&I team and research to support projects Have developed superior brand assets including but not limited to product stories, message house, KV, TVC and other visual assets. Ability to translate complicated technology into easy-to-understand consumer language. Leadership Competencies Strong strategic thinking, good sense of the full business. Good communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders and multi-cross function team. Decisiveness and autonomy to lead the agenda and set the stage for great results Confidently work with senior stakeholders without losing one's point of view 理想的求职者 University graduate. 8-10 years of mkt experience, at least 3 years' experience as brand/sub-brand owner within FMCG industry or infant nutrition, functional food companies. Good at brand development and story telling Solid experience in managing international/global communication. Good skill of market trend understanding and consumer insight generating.
