Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Vice President of Chip Sales to lead their sales efforts and drive revenue growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, managing a team of sales and FAE professionals, and forging strong partnerships with key customers and industry stakeholders.

Job Description

  1. Collaborate with the executive team to develop and refine the company's chip sales strategies for China market, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market trends.
  2. Mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  3. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term loyalty and repeat business.
  4. Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to inform sales strategies and drive competitive advantage.
  5. Forge strategic partnerships and alliances with key customers, distributors, and technology partners to expand market reach and drive sales growth.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in chip or related technology sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with overall business objectives and market dynamics.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
  • Thorough understanding of the server chip market, including trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
