Job Description

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Achieve upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Make the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Keep abreast of good practices and industry trends.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences.
  • Report on customer needs, problems, interests, activities, and potential for new products and services.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Representative should have:

  • A strong background in industrial or manufacturing sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • A degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target oriented with a proven track record in sales.
