Job Description

  1. Execute and localize the global retail roadmap to meet Greater China market needs while ensuring alignment with headquarters' strategy and company policies. Ensure operational excellence for all new store openings by acting as the final gatekeeper.
  2. Analyze commercial and operational KPIs to drive retail efficiency, improve business performance, and enable data-driven decisions for store teams.
  3. Design weekly and monthly sales tracking reports and deliver targeted insights on counter productivity, BA efficiency, and inventory management.
  4. Standardize and maintain end-to-end offline sales processes-including ordering, receiving/returns, expense reimbursement, and counter inventory checks-through clear, up-to-date SOPs and operating manuals.
  5. Partner closely with Supply Chain to ensure high in-store product availability and efficient inventory allocation across stores.
  6. Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, BT, and Finance for smooth operation & process deliverables (products, samples, POSM, promotions), enhance POS system usability, and track AR and promotional spend.
  7. Lead local project implementation. Monitor, evaluate and measure the effectiveness of programs.
  8. Lead the Coordinator team in both people development and operational communication. This includes structuring and overseeing all LHO-to-AM/Store communications and maintaining the local Knowledge Base to ensure consistency and excellence.
  9. Provide input to CHO for continuous improvement of process, procedure and systems.
  10. Embed risk and fraud prevention mechanisms into daily operations, partner with HR to deliver compliance training and lead fraud investigations. Coordinate incident response with HR & Legal teams.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Fluent in both oral & written English.
  2. Well-organized, excellent communication skills, and proactive.
  3. At least 6-8 years of retail experience, with preference given to those with frontline commercial roles and project/program management experience.
  4. Familiar with store logistics and IT operating systems; proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI is a plus.
  5. Strong data sensitivity, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  6. Good time management skills with an ability to handle change.
  7. Quick learner with a commitment to excellence.
  8. Bachelor's degree or higher with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
