职责描述

  • Establish strong pipeline of potential shippers in South China
  • Secure business deals of shippers in South China, and on board successfully to start shipping with Ninja Van.
  • Developing and grow stickiness with key users by providing cross border delivery outside of China to SEA key regions.
  • Increase brand presence and recognition of Ninja Van in South China, by organizing and facilitating trade events and multi-initiatives.
  • Establish an industrial network by collaborating with internal and external stockowners including but not limited to country authority, associate, peer organizations etc.
  • Collect and share regional market info on SEA E-commerce relevant for team to apply/optimize/adjust market strategy in South China.
  • Provide significant market data/report to optimize direction of regional strategic develop.
  • Diversify shipper combinations to enhance a smooth growth in region.
  • To execute or support regional project requested.
  • 开发并挖掘华东区跨境电商客户
  • 能与其他第三方物流伙伴做策略合作结盟
  • 能利用公司内部资源挖掘商机,提供适合华东客户的服务
  • 能与公司内部及东南亚跨境电商平台人员进行有效对接
  • 熟悉跨境业务模式,并具备跨境电商商机的发掘能力

理想的求职者

  • Min 3 years working as a sales person and at least 3 years' experience in business develop of e-commerce logistics or freight forwarding industry. Proven to be outgoing and work efficiently to reach out business target.
  • Proven success in business developing/ market expansion, preferably in South China
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding especially in relation to e-commerce
  • Good interaction skills and ability to communicate with internal and external counterparts
  • Has experience in independently shipper developing
  • Extensive industry network preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Sales-force.
  • 拥有三年以上商务经验和三年或以上电商物流或货代行业业务开发经验
  • 有在华南市场开发的业务成果
  • 有广泛的行业网络优先
  • 需要精通Microsoft Office , Sales-Force等软件
