- Devising a business plan and sales strategy in line with the company's goals
- Working closely with other functions to deliver and maximise revenue
- Responsible for all sales activity for your territory as allocated
- Providing accurate and attainable sales forecasts
- Mentoring, coaching and supporting the sales team on a day to day basis
- Create and approve proposals and presentations
- Proven commercial experience within a telephone based sales environment (ideally with a knowledge of food service, catering or licensed trade environment).
- Empathetic and consultative approach to understanding customer's needs and introducing suitable solutions.
- Excellent communicator with a clear phone manner that will engage prospective clients.
