Our client is a global visionary optical company that headquarter in Nanjing, China, yet with a global presence. It has 500+ staff internationally including US (Seattle, US) , Europe (Germany), Middle East ( Israel) and lab in various sites including China. In addition with manufacturing capacity in Thailand. 1.Organizational Development and Structure Optimization for Global Market:

  • Creating the foundation of an effective sales organisation to support company growth objectives
  • Define and implement right compensation program to support Company growth objectives and sales team needs

2.Global Teams and Account Strategy Development:

  • Implement process for creating, developing and managing high quality customer partnerships that lead to market presence.
  • Understand customer's business objectives - buying criteria
  • Understand why customer buys from competition - barriers
  • Developing better strategies to overcome sales barriers
  • Effective mapping of customer organisations (detractor, advocate and neutral) to improve senior management relationships.
  • Develop customer partnerships focused on customer satisfaction by providing cost effective service and support necessary for customer to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Defines the short term and long-term account plans with development activities

3.Forecasting to Support Quarterly/Annual and Strategic Planning:

  • Drive forecasting for annual strategic planning process for 3-year business outlook
  • Develop the profit plan bottoms-up forecast
  • Evaluate, communicate, and implement account plans to achieve market share objectives

4.People Management

  • Hire and scale a high performing business unit
  • Provide leadership, coaching and managerial processes that utilize Company values, attributes and behaviours to drive and develop optimal performance of the team and each individual team members.


  • Masters degree in optical or business a plus.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in a spec-in Sales environment with related application of Aviation, Optical, Pharmaceutical device, Semiconductor related field.
  • An individual contributing track record of proven success in leading key account to grow.
  • Experience managing a sales group and lead with good customer experiences and business development skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, present to C-Level executives, and persuade and influence at all levels of an organisation
  • Proven ability to drive a sales organisation from process and strategy to motivation and results
  • Ability to articulate value proposition of both products and services
  • Proven ability to position and sell value against competitors
  • Demonstrate experience in a VP of Sales capacity developing client-focused solutions
  • Outstanding level of articulation, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to travel
