  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to optimise performance and foster a results-driven culture.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive market share growth in Beijing and beyond.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales objectives with overall business goals.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
