  • Global Market Expansion: Spearhead strategies to penetrate international markets. Scout for emerging overseas opportunities, conduct in - depth market research, and craft detailed market entry blueprints. Aim to significantly grow our market share across regions like North America, Europe, and Asia - Pacific.
  • Sales Team Management: Set sales targets for the overseas market. Manage, mentor, and inspire the sales team. Provide regular training, performance appraisals, and ensure the achievement of revenue and profit goals.
  • Customer Relationship Cultivation: Forge and maintain strong partnerships with key international clients, including large - scale hospitals, medical institutions, and distributors. Comprehend their needs, offer tailored product solutions, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
