  • The client is providing safty equipment for anti explosive cabinet, floor mat, for power plant, industrial factories , chemical companies, and steel petro chemical companies.
  • Company is facing transitiong from more distribution sales to more direct account , end user selling.
  • They want to transform distribution model to more direct selling and therefore success track record for products and sales turn over is very improtant , targeting industrial safty, equipment, using in Chemical accounts / petrochem/ power station ,etc.


  1. Sales Strategy Development and Execution:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
    • Identify target markets, segments, and customers, and create a sales plan to penetrate and expand these markets.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales activities, making adjustments as needed to optimize performance.
  2. Revenue Growth and Profitability:
    • Set and achieve revenue targets through effective sales execution and account management.
    • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive continuous revenue growth.
  3. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and success.
    • Set clear goals and expectations for team members, providing regular feedback and performance reviews.
    • Encourage and support professional development and career growth within the sales team.
  4. Customer Relationships and Market Intelligence:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
    • Understand customer needs and preferences, and provide solutions that meet their safety equipment requirements.
    • Gather market intelligence and competitor information to inform sales strategy and positioning.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other departments, including Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure a seamless sales process and customer experience.
    • Coordinate sales efforts with promotional and marketing activities to maximize impact and effectiveness.
  6. Performance Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare and present sales reports and dashboards, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
    • Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to the senior management team on sales strategy and operations.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with advanced degrees preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the safety equipment or related industries.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations, standards, and good practices in the industry.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support sales activities and customer meetings.
