The company is now looking to further strengthen their China presence by hiring a Business Development Director in Shanghai office to look after Northern, Southern and Eastern markets. This position will require a strong experience in sales of depot and clinical trial distribution services, as well as Cell and Gene, Home Health Care, Clinical Trials Supply Chain management solutions.

As a China Sales Director you would be expected to develop the existing business and client base in the target territory. A key responsibility of this role is to identify and exploit new emerging business opportunities and services in the region.
More specific responsibilities of Business Development specialist will include:
- Actively identify, approach and win business to achieve individual & team revenue targets;
- Design and implement regional sales strategy for China market;
- Identify and highlight to the Sales & Marketing Director opportunities to develop and launch new services;
- Support global sales and marketing team to collect China marketing information;
Successful candidate profile should include:
- Individual contributor, able to develop new business independently and ready for hands-on work;
- Substantial experience in integrated supply chain solutions, Pharmaceutical and Life Science industry;
- Solid client network in antibody injections manufacturers, clinical trials, as well as Cell and Gene, Home Health Care, Clinical Trials companies;
- Commercial mindset, value added sales understanding and ability to sell the solution;
- Fluent English and Mandarin, able to communicate with global business;
- High ethical standards, integrity, transparency to fit in the international environment;
